Description

As stated in an earlier issue (OODT-246), the Resource Manager offers very little in the way of broad information about the state of the system to its users. To continue the effort to provide information that can be searched or perhaps alert the user to a potentially unknown problem, this change should provide the user with the name (all nodes will be displayed in alphabetical order), load and capacity of all nodes, in addition to what queues that node draws from.
