Description

This Jira is to move to io.dropwizard.metrics:metrics-core from com.codahale.metrics:metrics-core and switch to latest version of same.
Current version used by omid is 3.0.2, which was released in Feb 17, 2014 and is very very old. We should move to latest which is moved to io.dropwizard.metrics:metrics-core.
