Description

To allow better testing from command line the testcases may be rearranged:

• tests which can only be executed within the browser,
• tests which can be executed in the browser and in nodejs.
• future tests which are only possibly in nodejs and other server implemntations
• pure unit test and scenario test which required a V4 odata service
