[OLINGO-1350] Update the fasterxml dependencies to newer version

Description

Current dependencies for fasterxml are quite old, should be updated to newer version like 2.9.8.

Also need to verify the need for "allto-xml" dependency, as "javax.xml" API should handle this rather than forcing its use. I see an issue in my code where we are using an alternative implementation. This could be an optional dependency.
