[OJB-117] OJB can't read metadata provided by separate jar file (in classpath)

Description

If metadata (repository.xml file and repository.dtd) are provided by a separate jar file in classpath, the repository.dtd will not be found.
Fix: OJB should use a custom EntityResolver to resolve dtd's from jar files.
Additionally allow user to set custom EntityResolver in class RepositoryPersistor
