Description

Steps:
1. Go to http://ofbiz.apache.org/index.html.
2. Select Downloads from the Community submenu.(http://ofbiz.apache.org/download.html)

"Release Notes" links under individual releases are not working.

Additional improvement should be following lines can be updated under

Special Notice Regarding Branches 14.12 and 15.12

Branches 14.12 and 15.12 will be supported until July 2017 and during this period bug fixes will be backported to them
