Description

Steps to regenerate:
1. Go to Party component (https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/main)
2. Apply filters and search party.
3. Click on Party Id link (https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/viewprofile?partyId=DemoCustomer)
4. Click on Create new link from Notes section (https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/AddPartyNote?partyId=DemoCustomer)
5. Fill the required field & click on Save button
On success, the user should be notified with success message.
