Currently https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Contributors+Best+Practices addresses how contributors work best with JIRA issues in the OFBiz way.

However, it doesn't address how we like our issues resolved and closed. Enhanching the page in that respect decreases the confusion, leads to less reopening and closing issues to set the proper resolution, and generate better reports.
