Description

Need to set the default value for all the macros, so that at the time of calling we don't need to pass all the parameters. As per current implementation we have to pass all the parameters with as empty value. We have support in freemarker to set the default in macros.

This pattern has been used in htmlTemplate.lookupField macro.
