[OFBIZ-7561] Attr Name should not be allowed to edit while updating Party Attribute record

Description

Steps to regenerate -
1) Navigate to SFA -> Contacts
2) Select any contacts and move to detail page.
3) There is a section to Create / Update Party Attribute.
4) Create New Party Attribute.
5) Click on Edit button to update Party Attribute.

Actual: All fields including AttrName is allowed to edit. Process is giving error in case when user update the AttrName.

Expected : AttrName field should be non-editable while updating the Party Attribute record as this field is part of the primary key.
