Description

New task created for first project from the list if user didn't select any project from the list.
Steps to regenerate issue:

1. Browse the link: https://localhost:8443/scrum/control/EditTask
2. Fill the task name and push 'Create' button. View the task created it will be created for the first project appearing in the list.

As the task can't exist without a project, this field must be a required field.
