WorkEffort children tree breaks when we collapse it from root node

      Description

      Please find attached screenshot.

      Steps to reproduce the bug:

      1. Go to https://localhost:8443/workeffort/control/ChildWorkEfforts?workEffortId=TASK01&trail=TASK01
      2. Add any child to it.
      3. Now try to collapse the tree from root node, screen will break.

      I will provide patch for fix soon.
