[OFBIZ-6346] When used setDependentDropdownValuesJs.ftl precludes focus-field-name

Description

When I created setDependentDropdownValuesJs.ftl I did not notice it preclude focus-field-name action in form widget. This is because the ajax call takes some time and when back the dependent form gets the focus.

An easy fix is to add as parameter the name of a field to focus on in setDependentDropdownValuesJs.ftl after the initial sync Ajax call is done and focus on it if present
