Description

Order Adjustment details are hidden on order Item section of order entry page.

When user re-visit the order item page after adding shipping info to order, Order total is correct but there is no details about applied adjustment on it. This creates confusion to user in calculating total amount.

Steps:
1. Go orderentry page of ordermgr (http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/orderentry)
2. Add customer and items to order
3. Perform the process till order review page
4. Now go to orderItems page by clicking 'OrderItem' link

Issue: In the totoal amount section, there is no adjustment details shows

Expected result: There should show all the adjustment on total section to avoid confusion in calculating total.
