Error on Sending confirm email from newly created order

ERROR rendering error page [/error/error.jsp], but here is the error text: org.ofbiz.widget.renderer.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen component://order/widget/ordermgr/OrderViewScreens.xml#SendOrderConfirmation:
