Description

User is not able to add new address from manage address screen.
Here is the steps to regenerate issue:

• Goto http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce/control/manageAddress
• After login click on "Add new address"
• Fill all the details and click on save
• You will get error.
