Description

When purchase order shipments are received we should be able to report the sales orders that contain backordered items fulfilled by the shipment.

Possible places to incorporate this functionality are:

a) When the inventory is received (by including a link to the fulfilled sales order when the inventory receipts listing is produced)
b) As a "Sales Fulfilment" button on the Shipment screen

(b) might be a better option because with large purchases orders you will probably receive the inventory in chunks rather than in one go. By linking the fulfillment report to the shipment, you can run the report at any time.

I expect this raises lots of questions, such as the fulfillment order (eg, multiple outstanding sales orders and not enough inventory to fulfil them all - which orders get done first?)
