[OFBIZ-5696] Main page doesn't show organisation tree in HumanRes

Description

When creating an empty setup of OFBiz, and creating a new internal organisation plus departments and employees the organisational tree should show. But, in stead following error is trown:

org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen [component://humanres/widget/CommonScreens.xml#OrgTree]: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error running script at location [component://humanres/webapp/humanres/WEB-INF/actions/category/CategoryTree.groovy]: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method getString() on null object (Error running script at location [component://humanres/webapp/humanres/WEB-INF/actions/category/CategoryTree.groovy]: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method getString() on null object)
