Description

1) after last code optimization, Hours done by a party for a project was wrong, parameters hoursParty was not read.
2) in task status evaluation, taskId parameters was not correct
3) when added a timeEntry for a task, workEffortPartyAssignment was created without test if it already exist before
4) in simpleEvent, resource was wrong for errorMessage
5) errorMessage id about statusWrong for CustRequest was generic so used also for changeStatusToComplete method; in patch rename the first errorMessageId and create a new one for changeStatusToComplete
