[OFBIZ-4079] Adding content in CMS using add long text (right mouse click) doesn't work

Description

When using the add long text function in the menu that shows when using the right mouse click the existing content is shown, not an empty form.

Now it's not possible to add content in the CMS because only existing content is shown in the forms.
