[OFBIZ-3368] workeffort calendar bug when no demo data is installed

Description

I have installed the extseed data, but NOT the demo data. When I go to the Calendar in webtools (logged in as admin) using the URL https://localhost:8443/workeffort/control/day, I get the following exception.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I would have expected is to work with extseed data.
