Description

Create a new menu namely "Reports", after clicking on this menu, shows a screen for roleTypeId having a drop down for all role types and a button for submit. When a role type is selected then should generate a pdf having following fields:
(1) Name (firstName, middleName, lastName or groupName)
(2) Postal Address (General location)
(3) Phone Number (Primary)
(4) Email Address (Primary).
