Implement CRUD services to manage the WorkEffortInventoryProduced entity
This task is not stricly related to GL accounting, and in fact the new services will be defined and implemented in the workeffort component, but it is required to implement the GL posting service triggered when inventory is produced by a work effort (another subtask for this will be defined later).
