Description

CreditCardTypeGlAccount entity is there to map a cardType for an organization to a GlAccount.
1) Implement CRUD services for the CreditCardTypeGlAccount Entity.
2) Implement Screens to map, for an organization, a cardType to a GlAccount. Should go in Accounting>General Ledger>Setup>Gl Account Defaults
3) The screen will have a list of CreditCardTypeGlAccount for the organization with a "update" and "remove" link against each record. There will be a "Add" form below the list.
