Description

OFBiz deployments to the demo VM (ofbiz-vm1.apache.org) apply various patches prior to rebuilding from sources.

One of these patches is used to disable the Birt plugin.

For docker container deployments to be useful for deployment of demo sites, implement a mechanism through configuration files or environment variables to disable components.

The Birt plugin should be disabled by default.
