[OFBIZ-12533] Changing theme in at least catalog does not work well

Description

Changing theme in at least catalog (product, prices screens) does not work well. It though works for, at least, catalogs, categories and features. It also work well in at least party, and order but FindRequirements. I guess there are few other cases like that. I'm not even sure it does not depend on context :/

You can still get back to the initial page and refresh, it then works, not very friendly :/

Side effect: if you don't get back to the initial page and refresh, changing application you need to sign in again :/

I did not find anything in js console, nor in console.log
