Description

Issue found when testing PR for OFBIZ-11463.

When editing an existing Product Config Item Content's content (example url: https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/EditProductConfigItemContentContent?configItemId=SC00000&contentId=10000&confItemContentTypeId=LONG_DESCRIPTION&fromDate=2021-05-27%2000:00:00.000), the From Date and Through Date fields are not populated on the displayed form.

In order to submit changes to the content, the From and Through dates need to be supplied by the user, making updates difficult if the dates are not to hand.
