Description

Use ofbiz wiki content to create asciidoc files in order components.

1. Migrate https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBENDUSER/Sales+Order+End-to-End+Process pages, that is use the content of screen explanation to create help for order screen (without screen copy)
2. migrate https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Sales+Order+Management+Process+Overview pages, that is use the content to add overview or general process explanation, with the activity diagram
3. Add some link between general explanation to help screen
4. update screen to add correct help link

Start with order entry process, and will iterate on same steps for other order sub-components.

Order component documentation organization will evolve at each iteration or when there are too many items in a specifics level.
