[OFBIZ-12111] Blank csv is exported for accounting transaction

Description

1. Navigate to URL: accounting/control/FindAcctgTrans
2. Click on the search button and then click on export as CSV button under Accounting transaction section.
3. Validate the export CSV file, no data is exported in CSV file whereas export pdf file exports the data.
