[OFBIZ-11914] Getting Error in receiving PO

Description

During receiving when we add quantity accepted and click on Receive selected product and it shows error.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create PO and approve.
2. Click on the receive button in the action section on the view order screen.
3. User navigated to receive screen select the shipment and click on Receive selected shipment.
4. The user navigated to the receiving screen.
5. Enter the quantity accepted and click on receive selected products.
6. Error page render.

Expected: The product should be received and user should be navigated to the shipment receipt screen.
