RainbowStone themes don't show middleName in drop-down widget

      While working on improving the data-sets under OFBIZ-6976 (and testing the changes), I noticed when logging into MyPortal with one enhanced demo data records that the middleName is not shown in the the right-hand drop-down when using one of the RainbowStone themes.
