Description

Steps to regenerate:

1. Login at https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/main
2. Go to Thesaurus.
3. Create Some new Thesaurus.
4. Try to add alternate for any existing Thesaurus, it's not working here.
5. Also, try to delete all Thesaurus using Delete All button, it is also not working.
