    Description

      This class should been moved to ‘org.apache.ofbiz.base.container’ to be
      able to reduce its visibility to “package”.

      The API should be change to avoid unnecessary checks and simplify the data flow.

      There is no need to provide thread safety an class path instance is only accessed by one thread
