Description

Steps to regenerate:

1. Login to the URL: https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/NewCustomer
2. Click on message “At least one phone number is required below”

Actual: Message can be edited. Please refer attachment: Image1.1, Image1.2

Expected: User should not be allowed to edit the message
