Description

Steps to regenerate:

1. Open URL https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/main
2. Click on any order in Approved status

Actual:

1. In Contact Information section, admin (username) is a button
2. "Send confirmation email" button in brackets

Expected: 

1. Username should not be a button
2. The button should not be in brackets.
