[OFBIZ-10824] Error on Find Party screen

Description

Getting error on Find Party screen while searching. Find the attached screenshot for the same.

Steps to regenerate:

1) Login to party manager and go to Parties screen.
2) Now search parties by the postal address detail by selecting Postal radio button(Contact Information option).
3) Search results work fine.
4) Now search parties by telecom detail by selecting the Telecom radio button.
5) The error will be displayed.
