Description

Steps to regenerate the issue

1. Visit: http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org:28080/ecommerce/control/main
2. Create your catalog
3. Associate Browse_Root, Search, Promotion categories to catalog
4. If we don't associate popular category(Best-Sell) to catalog then e-commerce landing page breaks
