[OFBIZ-10423] Click on category the filter function doesn't work

Description

Click on the left category, the page doesn't refresh. Checked code, there are two issues.

1. productCategoryId not set in ofbiz-framework/plugins/ecommerce/groovyScripts/catalog/AjaxBreadcrumbs.groovy
2. updated data will fill in #div3, but the div id is missing in ofbiz-framework/plugins/ecommerce/widget/CommonScreens.xml
