Adapt line breaking activating Mercurial plugin

    Description

      In the past there had been problems applying Unix patches on Windows systems (and the other way around).

      To avoid these problems a Mercurial plugin
      http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/Win32TextExtension
      should be enabled. (in latest version shipped by default)

      I have extended our Developer Wiki.
      http://odftoolkit.org/projects/odfdom/pages/Development#Coding_Guidelines

      Could you please review the Wiki and enable the plugin following the guidlines from the Wiki.

      When cloning the latest developer sources, there should be several warnings and a merge have to be done.
      Please create a patch from these changes and attach it to this issue, so I can review and push them.
