Description

The current build XSLT Runner JAR is not executable from the command line as documented at
https://incubator.apache.org/odftoolkit/xsltrunner/ODFXSLTRunner.html

I fixed this by adding to the pom the main class and build in addition a JAR including all dependencies (Xerces & ODFDOM).

Finally, I stumbled over some broken references in the README, I fixed on the way..
