Description

As a part of updating ODF Toolkit to support OpenDocument-v1.2 final version, Taglets component also need the following update:
(1) Update default HTML format spec to "OpenDocument-v1.2-part1.html".
(2) Update program logic to support Manifest and Signature tags.
