Description

ODE removes headers with the same local name and namespace. Is there any explaination of such behaviour?
IMO it shouldn't delete even elements, which are "deep equal".

It happens here org.apache.ode.axis2.soapbinding.SoapMessageConverter.createSoapHeaders(SoapMessageConverter.java:210)
