      Description

When a process is activated, partner role channels are created for all of its partner links and the corresponding endpoint reference is initialized. This shouldn't happen when the partner link is set as initializePartnerRole="no".

Instead nothing should be initialized during activation. At runtime, when this partner link is used for invocation and if an endpoint address has been assigned in the meantime (either through direct assignment or through callback message headers), then the channel should be created.
