      Description

      Use-case:

When moving projects from development to production, it's often necessary to change service URLs to reflect production systems.

We should make it easy to override the <http:address> of WSDL services using the Ode global configuration to support this use-case.

Add a new property 'address' to override the soap/http:address element.
The order of precendence is: process, property files, wsdl. Meaning that the endpoint URL set by a process takes precedence over the address in the property set.

The test cases for this property are: SoapHeaderTest and EndpointConfigurationTest.

        wiki updated accordingly.
