listAllInstancesWithLimit() through the InstanceManagement doesn't work - allways return whole instances.
could you tell which database you're using? do you get an exception?
and other usual information.
I'm using derby, and haven't got any exceptions. Works only limit = 0.
I know that Derby <10.4 does not support paging . I came into a similar issue recently: the "select top" query generated by Hibernate was not accepted by Derby.
We might have to consider an upgrade to derby >10.4 and check that the hibernate dialect for derby is uptodate.
I found out, that listAllInstancesWithLimit() works on jbi binding. There is used derby in version 10.2.2.0, not in 10.1.2.1 (like in war binding). I've also tested axis version with newest, provided on repositories version of derby (10.4.1.3). Looks like all is all right - I've done some simple tests, so I'm sending a patch to Rakefile.
