[ODE-238] NullPointerException when compiling file in directory with special characters

Description

I want to compile the file "/home/tomcat/Dokumente/Universität/example-bpel-designer.bpel".

Changing to the directory and calling "~/apache_ode/bin/bpelc -vv example-bpel-designer.bpel" I get this output:

The same file works in other directories, so I guess it's a problem with the "ä" umlaut.
