Description

Instead of the aggregate dependencies org.osgi.core and org.osgi.compendium rather the individual OSGi spec chapter dependencies should be used (http://docs.osgi.org/artifacts/). Those allow to version each spec chapter individually (independent from the Core/Compendium release). The earliest available versions are from OSGi R6 or R7 though (i.e. an update from the currently minimally required core/compendium 4.2 is required but shouldn't do any harm, as R6 is from 2015, i.e. already 7 years old)
