    Description

      while working on OAK-8671 i noticed a bug in the default ac mgt implementation: while AccessControlManagerImpl.getEffectivePolicies(String) will report the effect of ReadPolicy for all configured paths, it doesn't include it for any path in the subtree, where this policy also takes effect.
