Major Description
As a a part of the empty repository initialization from the segmentstore seed, all the checkpoints are being copied. The checkpoints are required for the indexing to work. However, for the properly closed repository, the indexing checkpoints should match the most recent state of the repository. Therefore we don't have to migrate the checkpoints at all - let's only migrate the most recent root and mark it as "async" and "fulltext-async" checkpoints.
