Description
It would be useful to expose writerGroups in SegmentNodeStoreStats through an OSGi config property. Since this is a low level configuration related to monitoring, it shouldn't be added to SegmentNodeStoreService, but to a newly created service, SegmentNodeStoreMonitorService that would handle exposing monitoring related stuff.
